CRP and coronary artery disorder: A total of 70 patients (60 males and 10 females) - 35 patients in CAD with AP group and 35 patients in CAD without AP group - were analyzed at baseline. At six and 12 months follow-up, 28 CAD with AP patients were finally included for interpretation of results (three patients relocated and were ‘dropouts’, one patient didn’t maintain oral hygiene, one patient had very high hs-CRP suggestive of any unknown acute infection and two patients had change in drug regimen before six months follow-up).
