Lastly, our ROC analysis demonstrated that leptin had the highest diagnostic accuracy for predicting obesity in PCOS (AUC=0.85, 95% CI: 0.79-0.91, p<0.001), followed by adiponectin (AUC=0.77, p=0.004) and resistin (AUC=0.73, p=0.015).
