In support of this notion, we observed an increased level of sDICAM in CSF of natalizumab-treated patients, possibly contributing to the attenuation of inflammation observed in these patients; and furthermore, we found a negative correlation between the concentration of sDICAM and TNFα, IFNγ, IL-12, and IL-10 in CSF of patients with MS. This evidence concerns the gene IL10 and myeloid sarcoma.
