TF and infection: During the early stage of infection, a homologue of MYB96 (Eucgr.B00502) a regulator of ABA signaling was significatively up-regulated (p < 0.005) (Supplementary material Fig. S3) and the transcription of a bZIP TF homologue to TGA10 (Eucgr.K01822) involved in regulating SA signaling increased at the late stage of infection (fold change = 9; p < 0.005) (Supplementary material Fig. S5).
