Survival analysis of 78 cases of serous ovarian cancer from tissue microarrays indicated that patients with high FAM111B expression possessed a significantly shorter median overall survival time compared to those with low expression (38 vs. 58 months; HR, 2.529; 95% CI, 1.110–5.762) (Fig. 5D). Here, FAM111B is linked to ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.
