To investigate the expression status and prognostic significance of FAM111B in ovarian cancer, we utilized tissue microarrays for IHC detection, categorizing FAM111B into high- and low-expression groups (Fig.5A); and analysis of the IHC scores revealed a significantly elevated expression of FAM111B in the high-expression group compared to the low-expression group (Fig. 5B). Here, FAM111B is linked to ovarian cancer.
