Recently, a meta-analysis of randomized trials in men with prostate cancer reported that the relative risk (1.59; 95% CI, 1.35–1.89; p < 0.001) of all-grade fracture increased with androgen receptor inhibitors (ARIs) versus the control group (patients could have received placebo, bicalutamide, or abiraterone) [22].
