ACKR3, PKIB, RGS3, RNASE1, RTN4 and SLIT3 were risk factors that were significantly upregulated in the high‐risk score BRCA group, whereas B4GALT1, CD52, GBP1, MZT2A, NDUFB1, RBBP8, SCUBE2, SEMA3B and TPRG1 were protective factors, which were significantly downregulated in the high‐risk score BRCA group (Figure 5C). Here, SEMA3B is linked to invasive breast carcinoma.
