ACKR3, PKIB, RGS3, RNASE1, RTN4 and SLIT3 were risk factors that were significantly upregulated in the high‐risk score BRCA group, whereas B4GALT1, CD52, GBP1, MZT2A, NDUFB1, RBBP8, SCUBE2, SEMA3B and TPRG1 were protective factors, which were significantly downregulated in the high‐risk score BRCA group (Figure 5C). The gene discussed is CD52; the disease is invasive breast carcinoma.
