The apolipoprotein B mRNA editing catalytic polypeptide-like–related signatures SBS2 and SBS13 were often observed together across a variety of epithelial tumor types, such as breast carcinoma, carcinoma of the uterine cervix, esophageal carcinoma, gallbladder carcinoma, NSCLC, and urothelial carcinoma. Here, APOB is linked to cervical carcinoma.
