The results of GSEA analysis based on hallmark indicated that epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT), hypoxia, glycolysis, E2F targets, MYC targets, and the G2M checkpoint pathway were enriched in high-risk patients across multiple cancer types, whereas immune responses, such as interferon response, were negatively correlated with high-scoring risks in RCC, NSCLC, and SKCM (Supplementary Figures S4A–D). The gene discussed is MYC; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
