Murine models of head and neck, lung, and colorectal cancers have shown TIGIT upregulation in CD8+ and CD4+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), often co-expressed with PD-1 and LAG-3 (45–47) TIGIT-blocking antibodies like EOS-448 and bispecific agents such as D3L-002 significantly enhanced T and NK cell-mediated antitumor immunity, particularly when combined with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors (48–50). Here, TIGIT is linked to colorectal cancer.
