Interestingly, our above results showed that, on the one hand, Themis deficiency impaired endogenous TFH cell differentiation at the peak of chronic LCMV infection (Figures 2A, B), but on the other hand, transferred Themis-deficient CD4+ T cells enhanced GC responses and viral control at the late stage of infection (Figures 3A, B). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and infection.
