Inthis study, we integrated endothelial lipase gene polymorphisms(rs2000813, rs3813082) and traditional CHD risk factors(smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, age≥60 years, BMI ≥28 kg/m2, TC ≥6.2 mmol/L, ApoB≥1.1 g/L, Lp(a) ≥300 mg/L, WBC >10 × 109/L, 2.0× 109/L ≤ NE < 7.0 × 109/L, NE ≥7.0× 109/L, PLT ≥300 × 109/L) to predict CHD.This combined model yielded a sensitivity of 68.6%, specificity of 77.2%, andAUC of 0.804, demonstrating superior predictive performance compared toindividual factors alone. This evidence concerns the gene LIPG and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
