Post-hoc transcript-level fine-mapping reveals nine loci where isoTWAS prioritization coincides with isoform-eQTL colocalization (CLPP > 0.01) but no gene-eQTL colocalization (Methods; Supplemental Data S3), across BRCA (Fig. 4, Supplemental Fig. S24), ER- BRCA (Supplemental Figs. S25–S26), CRC (Fig. 5, Supplemental Fig. S27), LUNG (Fig. 6), PRCA (Supplemental Fig. S28), and UCEC (Supplemental Fig. S29). The gene discussed is ESR1; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
