Jariwala et al. reported that SND1, as a subunit of RISC, promotes hepatocellular carcinoma progression by activating the AKT and NF-κB signaling pathways, and the selective SND1 inhibitor 3’,5’-deoxythymidine bisphosphate (pdTp) can effectively suppress this effect [42].
