A percentage of CLL-reactive cells was predicted in all analyzed cases, with a generally higher frequency in LN versus PB samples, and an accumulation of these cells in CD8 TEX, TPR, CD4 TFH, and CD4 TREG clusters, both in LN and PB samples (Fig. 5E, Supplementary Fig. 7E, F).
