KDM1A and acute myeloid leukemia: TCP itself has relatively low affinity for LSD1,7 however modified TCP analogues can exhibit high affinity and selectivity for LSD1.7,8 Examples of such LSD1 inhibitors include ORY1001, ORY2001, GSK-2879552, INCB059872, JBI-802, TAK-418 and LH-1802 that are in clinical trials for a range of diseases including acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), solid tumours, neurological disorders and multiple sclerosis.5
