Using categorical D28 binding antibody responses (booster response) as predictors (see Table 2 for antibody levels for each category), we found that high WT IgG and BA.1 IgA levels were associated with lower risk of infection (HRs: 0.47 (95% CI [0.22, 0.98]) and 0.36 (95% CI [0.17, 0.78])) compared to the medium antibody levels (Figure 5B).
