Wild-type alleles of ABCB1 (1000-44C>T), ABCB1 (1554 + 24A>G), ABCB1 (1725 + 38C>T), and CYP3A5 (219-237C>T) are associated with a significantly higher incidence of EBV infection compared to those with variant alleles (all P < 0.050).
