QNZ, an NF‐κB inhibitor, suppresses Th1 and Th17 cell differentiation, reduces IFN‐γ+IL‐17+ Th17.1 cells, and alleviates neuroinflammation and demyelination in an EAE mouse model of MS, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic strategy for multiple sclerosis.
