In conclusion, an activation of the IFN-γ signaling pathway was predominantly detected in JAK2-mutated MPN, which was associated with BM fibrosis and alterations in the local immune cell infiltration of the BM TME as well as the expression of some immune relevant molecules including NF-kB, HLA-Ib and ICPs. Here, NFKB1 is linked to myeloproliferative disorder.
