These findings were validated in another, independent MPN cohort encompassing 113 MPN BMB of patients with matched characteristics regarding age, sex and MPN entities, but enriched for MPN with mutations in CALR and MPL, demonstrating a higher expression of IFN-γ pathway components in JAK2-mutated MPN compared to MPN carrying CALR or MPL mutations as well as TN cases (Fig. 5A–D).
