NR4A3 and breast carcinoma: Previous studies have shown, for example, that TCF7L2 enhances anoikis resistance and metastasis in gastric cancer via PLAUR activation.33 Fedorova et al. found that the overexpression of NR4A3 inhibits the proliferation and promotes apoptosis of breast cancer and lung cancer cells by increasing the expression of pro-apoptotic genes PUMA and Bax.26 However, there are few studies on the mechanism of anoikis in BLCA, and the molecular mechanism of NR4A3 regulating anoikis in BLCA and influencing the malignant progress of BLCA remains unclear.
