Anlotinib can inhibit multiple targets, such as vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, platelet-derived growth factor receptor, fibroblast growth factor receptor, C-Kit, and RET genes (15, 16), and has been extensively utilized in the clinical treatment of lung cancer, soft tissue sarcoma, thyroid cancer, and other malignant tumors in China (17, 18).
