These included PAH classification, NYHA classification ≥ III, oxyhemoglobin saturation (SpO2), total bilirubin (TBIL), B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), ICU admissions, fetal distress, ST-T changes on ECG, left atrial hypertrophy, left atrial diameter, and the degree of aortic regurgitation on echocardiogram.
