No statistical correlation was identified between the existence of anti-TIF1γ antibody and any of the main comorbidities observed in our cohort (HTN, hyperlipidaemia, T2DM, CAD, stroke, AF, PAD, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, CKD, depression, other autoimmune diseases, Aortic Aneurysm, Acute Myocardial Infarct, smoking, osteoporosis) (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene TRIM33 and osteoporosis.
