KRAS mutations at G12, G13, and Q61 positions are predominant and are prevalent in many cancers including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and colorectal adenocarcinoma (CRC), and respectively (Prior et al., 2012; Burge and Hobbs, 2022). Here, KRAS is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
