IGHE and rhinitis: Another study found that tussilagone (TSL) could inhibit phosphorylation of Lyn, Syk, Akt, NF-κB p65, ERK, and p38 MAPK in IgE-stimulated RBL-2H3 cells, improve rhinitis symptoms, reduce nasal mucosal pathological changes, reduce the production of IgE, histamine, and IL-6, and have a protective effect against OVA-induced allergic guinea pigs.
