To further verify whether BAG2 is upregulated in GC, we performed immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis of tissue microarrays (TMAs), including 152 paired GC tumors and adjacent normal tissues, and found that BAG2 was highly expressed in GC samples and that its expression was positively correlated with poor prognosis in GC (Figures 1C, D). The gene discussed is BAG2; the disease is gastric cancer.
