Potentially therapeutically targetable kinase fusions were identified in 6 patients (4.4%), including NTRK fusion in 3 cases (1 each of OS, DDLS, and ULMS), ALK fusion in 1 case (inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor [IMT]), ROS1 fusion in 1 case (DDLS), and PDGFRA fusion in 1 case (undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma [UPS]). This evidence concerns the gene ALK and inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor.
