CD4 and cancer: In TIMER, immune cell infiltration (B cell, T cell CD4, T cell CD8, Neutrophil, Macrophage, and DC), macrophages show positive correlations (p = 2.7e−24) with T cells, B cells, and other immune cells in the BCHE gene, suggesting that macrophages might influence or coordinate immune responses in these cancers, as depicted in (Figure 3F, Table S6).
