We identified calprotectin+ myeloperoxidase+ CD11b+ neutrophils, CD14+/CD68+ monocytes/macrophages, CD3+ T cells, CD3-CD7+ NK cells, CD20+ B cells, CD3+ TCRγδ+ T cells, CD117+ ILC, cytokeratin+ epithelial cells and undefined cells with heterogeneous distribution across all 28 granulomas (Fig 2C and S1 Table).
