Gene profiling revealed that BV2 cells expressed higher levels of both M2‐associated genes (Maf, Selenop, P2ry14, Mrc1, Ctsc, and Cxcr4) and M1‐associated genes (Il7r, Atf3, and Gadd45g) compared to RAW264.7 cells (Fig. S2A), suggesting its multifaceted role in interaction with brain tumors.
