Furthermore, although we have preliminary data that the m6A site at 2762 in OTUD7B may interact with YTHDF1 to regulate OTUD7B mRNA stability and translation efficiency, our understanding of the overarching regulatory network of m6A methylation in ESCC may be incomplete, highlighting the need for further investigation of other m6A-related enzymes and their possible connections with OTUD7B.
