FAM155B showed elevated expression in 10 of 33 analyzed cancer types, including breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) (Figure 2A). Here, NALF2 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
