Further evidence for immaturity was found by the upregulation of genes that are usually restricted to or most highly expressed in stem cells, including those encoding Melanoma Inhibitory Activity (Mia), RNA-binding protein with multiple splicing (Rbpms), Aldolase Fructose Biophosphate C (Aldoc), and Cytochrome P450 Family 2, Subfamily f (Cyp2f2).
