In 141 patients with high-grade serous ovarian cancer, CA125 and HE4 were significantly higher in the advanced stage than in the early stage (P = 0.001, P = 0.048), while there were no statistically significant differences in NLR, PLR, MLR, and SII between them (P > 0.05) (Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene WFDC2 and ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.
