Alterations in FC of the ipsilesional preSMA in stroke patients were significantly correlated with the density of neurotransmitters, including 5HT1b (r = −0.71, adjusted p < 0.01), 5HT2a (r = −0.65, adjusted p < 0.01), CB1 (r = −0.80, adjusted p < 0.01), CBF (r = −0.81, adjusted p < 0.01), KappaOp (r = −0.87, adjusted p < 0.01), and mGluR5 (r = −0.89, adjusted p < 0.01) (Table 3, Figure 4A).
