ERBB2 and neoplasm: The presumptive primary tumour cells in the uterus of lemur L3 (based on co-expression of the human endometrial and ovarian cancer markers CA125 (also known as MUC16) and HE4 (also known as WFDC2)38), showed enriched expression of OXTR. MYC and ERBB2 (also known as HER2) (Fig. 3e), two genes commonly amplified or mutated in human type 2 endometrial tumours39, were also enriched.
