Subsequently, we showed, through RT-qPCR and Western blot, that the mRNA and protein expression levels of CNDP2 in ccRCC cell lines 769-P and 786-O were significantly higher than in other cancer cell lines, including liver cancer cell lines LM6 and Huh 7, and breast cancer cell line MCF-7 (Fig. 2A, B). This evidence concerns the gene CNDP2 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
