To inhibit critical signaling proteins in pancreatic cancer, we used ARS1620 to target the G12C mutant KRAS, trametinib to target MEK, and SCH772984 for ERK1/2 inhibition, using phosphorylated RSK (P-RSK) as a marker of KRAS and MAPK activity. This evidence concerns the gene RPS6KA1 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
