To inhibit critical signaling proteins in pancreatic cancer, we used ARS1620 to target the G12C mutant KRAS, trametinib to target MEK, and SCH772984 for ERK1/2 inhibition, using phosphorylated RSK (P-RSK) as a marker of KRAS and MAPK activity. The gene discussed is MAPK3; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
