Currently, the most compelling evidence supporting the addition of SBRT to standard of care (SOC) in OMD comes from several phase II clinical trials [[18], [19], [20], [21], [22], [23], [24], [25], [26], [27], [28]] and phase III trials including only EGFR positive non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) [29,30]. This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
