CDH1 and pulmonary tuberculosis: A label-free quantitative proteomics identified 31 overlapping proteins with significant difference in expression level among pulmonary TB patients, and a diagnostic model consisting of ACT, AGP1, and CDH1 was established and presented a sensitivity of 82.3% and a specificity of 95.2% in discriminating pulmonary TB from LTBI and a sensitivity of 81.2% and a specificity of 90.1% in discriminating pulmonary TB from HC (73).
