In this study, in the dataset GSE32472, the expression of PELI1 and PYGL was upregulated in the BPD group, while STAT4 was down-regulated in the BPD group, suggesting that necroptosis-related genes PELI1 and PYGL may act as pro-inflammatory factors, while STAT4 is an anti-inflammatory factor, the three hub genes may participate in the inflammatory response of BPD through the necroptosis mechanism. The gene discussed is PELI1; the disease is bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
