UBC and acute myeloid leukemia: Importantly, HLA A2 negative/GM-CSF receptor positive targets (K562 cell line) or primary AML cells from HLA A2 negative patients were not efficiently killed by NFAT GMCAR WT1TCR T cells, indicating that the NFAT-driven expression of the GMCAR is too low to initiate potent cytotoxicity comparable to T cells expressing constitutive UBC GMCAR transgene.
