Protein interaction analysis yielded 14 proteins with more than 15 nodes (TP53, TNF, SDC1, POMC, IL7, IL22, IL17A, IL10RA, FGF2, FCGR2A, CXCL9, CXCL13, CSF3, and CD8A), which may have the potential to serve as a therapeutic target for psoriasis (Figure 2B). This evidence concerns the gene FGF2 and psoriasis.
