The phase I/II IGNYTE study (NCT03767348) evaluated RP-1 in 156 patients with advanced melanoma who had at least one measurable and injectable tumor (≥1 cm) and had experienced disease progression after receiving anti-PD1 monotherapy, with or without anti-CTLA4 therapy, for a minimum of eight weeks [90].
