[68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 (Glu-NH-CO-NH-Lys(Ahx)-[68Ga(HBED-CC)]) (Figure 5a), the first 68Ga-labelled radiopharmaceutical approved by the FDA for PET imaging in prostate cancer, was developed by the Heidelberg group [76]. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and prostate carcinoma.
