After obtaining nearly all of the results, we found that the variable “any bacterial infection” was statistically associated with IL-1β (p-value < 0.05), IL-6 (p-value < 0.05), IL-8 (p-value < 0.05), IL-10 (p-value < 0.05), and TNF-a (p-value < 0.05). The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is bacterial infectious disease.
