As shown in Figure 1A, VPS26A expression was significantly elevated in multiple cancers, such as liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), bladder cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), compared to that in the corresponding normal tissues. This evidence concerns the gene VPS26A and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
