Association analysis of the risk SNPs in the A20, Cezanne and CYLD genes with clinical features in B-ALL patients indicated that carriers of the TC genotype of A20 p.P348L had the higher numbers of CD20+ and HLA DR+ cells and lower number of CD7+ cells compared to those with the wild-type genotype (Figure 3A). This evidence concerns the gene CD7 and precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
