CRP and peritonsillar abscess: For CRP, the highest mean values were observed in patients with peritonsillar phlegmon (109.31 mg/dL ± 90.95), followed by those with laterocervical/submandibular abscess (100.45 mg/dL ± 96.12) and peritonsillar abscess (91.21 mg/dL ± 81.88).
